Se calcula que en 2030 el 7,5% de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial ser\u00e1 hispanohablante (535 millones de personas), porcentaje solo superado por el chino.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de tres o cuatro generaciones el 10 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial se entender\u00e1 en espa\u00f1ol y ser\u00e1 EE.UU. el pa\u00eds con mayor volumen de poblaci\u00f3n hispanohablante en el mundo, por delante de M\u00e9xico, augura el informe. En Internet, el espa\u00f1ol ocupa ya el tercer puesto como idioma m\u00e1s utilizado, tras el ingl\u00e9s y el chino.<\/p>\n<p>En Twitter, el espa\u00f1ol es la segunda lengua m\u00e1s usada tras el ingl\u00e9s<br \/>\nSu presencia en la red registra un crecimiento sostenido de m\u00e1s del 800 por ciento en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os, con una distancia creciente con respecto al japon\u00e9s, portugu\u00e9s o el alem\u00e1n. En la red social de microblogging Twitter, el espa\u00f1ol es la segunda lengua m\u00e1s usada tras el ingl\u00e9s, a bastante distancia del \u00e1rabe, ruso, italiano, franc\u00e9s y alem\u00e1n. Tambi\u00e9n en Facebook el espa\u00f1ol es una de las lenguas m\u00e1s empleadas con m\u00e1s de 80 millones de personas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Muchos estudiantes y pocos profesores<\/strong><br \/>\nEl informe refleja que unos 18 millones de alumnos estudian en el mundo el espa\u00f1ol como lengua extranjera. El a\u00f1o pasado, el Cervantes registr\u00f3 un crecimiento del 8% en el n\u00famero de matr\u00edculas de estudiantes de espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p>El Cervantes, presente en 77 ciudades de 44 pa\u00edses, centra su actividad principalmente en Am\u00e9rica y Asia.
