Los investigadores pidieron a 129 alumnos que adivinaran la sexualidad de 96 personas s\u00f3lo mirando unas fotos en negro y blanco por un segundo. Todas las personas analizadas no fueron fotografiadas con barba, maquillaje o accesorios para evitar \u201cpistas f\u00e1ciles\u201d.<\/p>\n

In a study of college students at the University of Washington, most people were able to identify a person’s sexuality with greater-than-chance accuracy based on black-and-white photo flashes of them for just 50 milliseconds\u2014faster than the blink of an eye. Photos used in the study were digitally altered to remove hair, jewelry, and other \u00abself-presentational\u00bb aspects of a person, suggesting there may be such a thing as a \u00abgay face,\u00bb according to researcher Joshua Tabak, a doctoral candidate at the university and lead author of the paper.<\/p>\n
